While over 70% of venture capital in artificial intelligence has targeted white-collar office workers, Arrakis focuses on the 70% of the workforce running non-desk industrial operations across aerospace, energy, logistics, defense, construction, and heavy manufacturing. The startup pairs model-agnostic enterprise orchestration software with forward-deployed AI engineers to build and integrate custom autonomous agents directly into legacy ERP, CRM, and supply chain databases. Rather than forcing multi-year platform migrations, Arrakis' agents operate inside existing systems to automate complex, multi-step operational workflows—such as real-time inventory tracking, maintenance scheduling, and procurement. Uniquely, the company operates under an outcome-based commercial model, tying a significant share of software fees directly to validated customer performance benchmarks. Within six months of launch, Arrakis has secured major enterprise contracts with NYSE-listed industrials, cutting client procurement cycles by up to 90%. The fresh $30m Series A injection will be deployed to triple headcount across engineering units and expand international offices into New York and the Middle East.
